We are Cahonas ScotlandCharity committed to raising awareness of Male Cancers!
We want to educate people about the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer, the importance of early detection, and to remind them to regularly self-check their testicles.
Our CahonasChecks mobile app provides complete information about how to properly perform a testicular self-check, and it will remind you when it’s time to do it again.

Testicular self-check is a great way of detecting possible symptoms of testicular cancer.
If detected in early stage, more than 96% of men that are diagnosed will be cured.
We highly recommend monthly checks.
Be aware what is normal for you, and if you notice any signs of testicular cancer, don’t panic and call your doctor.
Balls, bollocks, nuts, whatever you call them, we’re on a mission to make you check them!
